1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (waitransport.transaction.science), run by Transaction Science, Inc. ("Transaction Science," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. About waiTransport

waiTransport is a commercial product from Transaction Science, Inc., built on the WAI open standard. It is not yet operating. This website describes the service as planned; nothing on it is an offer, a price or a service level. Commercial terms will be published before the service opens. WAI itself is published under the Apache License 2.0 and is described at wai.transaction.science.

3. Intellectual Property

Branding, logos, and the design of this website are the property of Transaction Science, Inc. The WAI specification text and the wai-rs reference implementation are published under the Apache License 2.0. Companion implementations carry their own licences. Licence terms are stated in the relevant repositories and documents.

4. No Warranties

This website and the information on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use any automated system to access this website beyond reasonable human usage
  • Use the waiTransport or WAI names or marks in a way that implies endorsement, certification, or ownership where none exists
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of this website

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transaction Science, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or the information on it.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
